Flat Creek Youth Camp is located on 170 acres, on the property of Camp Arthur, just outside Vincennes, Indiana. Camp Arthur was founded in 1947 as a Boy Scout Camp and remained such until 1987 when the Scout Council made the decision to close Camp Arthur. Rather than close the camp, the Arthur Foundation was formed to operate the camp. In 1988, the camp transitioned from a Scout only camp to one that is available for Scouts, school, individuals, families, churches, civic organizations.
